What SnagSort is — and what it is not.
What is SnagSort?
SnagSort is a web application for capturing, structuring, issuing and closing construction snagging items. It links photographs and notes to the register and keeps contractor close-out evidence against the item.
Does SnagSort replace our existing Excel register?
It does not have to. A project can use its existing column headings and export Excel-ready rows, so SnagSort can improve the site workflow without forcing a new register format on the organisation.
Can contractors see everybody else's snags?
No. Contractor access is scoped to the party and item types the project team shares with them. They do not become normal project members.
Who is SnagSort for?
It is designed for teams that snag repeatedly: client and asset-owner project teams, main contractors, specialist contractors and construction or project-management consultants.
Can we use it across several projects?
Yes. SnagSort is structured around separate projects and team membership. Organisation-wide licensing is currently handled by enquiry so the right access and support model can be agreed first.
